My classes are gentle, magical and functional exploration of the body as whole. I honor and embrace the whole spectrum of yoga practices.
I teach a Hatha Vinyasa, Yin & Meditation, MFR, YogaMedicine® inspired + informed practice, focusing on alignment, creative sequencing, body awareness, mindfulness, philosophy and therapeutics.
I aim to help students to develop a conscious relationship with their body and mind, so they can explore both their journeys on and off the mat by doing and moving.
